About David

David is originally from Sierra Leone, W. Africa, having grown up in North Carolina, and now proudly embraces his adopted Texan identity.  He has a passion for all things Houston and is a fervent supporter of the Houston Texans & Dynamo. With a background in market and personal development, David serves as a dedicated guide in the home-buying process, leveraging his expertise, having earned designations as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

He works to take the uncertainty out of home buying through in-depth analysis of each listing under consideration.  He understand that a home purchase for many is the most consequential investment of a lifetime, and requires the commitment and dedicated of such an investment. A long-time real estate investor himself, David understands the important role that a knowledgeable Realtor® plays in providing objective consultation, protecting the interests of the client, and delivering service.

Actively involved in professional associations like the Houston Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, and National Association of Realtors®, David stays abreast of market trends and best practices. Beyond representation, he prioritizes client education on risks and benefits, ensuring informed investment decisions.

Having lived in West Africa, and traveled extensively around the globe, David values diverse perspectives and understands the allure of homeownership in Houston, TX. Now residing in Cypress, he is dedicated to assisting others in realizing their homeownership dreams. Outside of work, David enjoys tennis, soccer, and embracing the vibrant local food and music scene.
