About Kathy
After 25 years of experience in the title and mortgage industry, I obtained my real estate license in 2016. With this background, I am well-equipped to guide you through your home buying or selling experience. I am able to break down this complex procedure and walk my sellers through pricing, staging, negotiations and appraisals, and assist buyers in choosing a lender, knowing what to expect during the home inspection and closing.
I understand that selling or purchasing a home can be both stressful and exciting at the same time.
